Terms of Use

These terms apply to PIXIGHT Talk (the “Service”), operated by PIXIGHT (“we”, “us”). By applying for or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Pilot service
The Service is in an invite-only pilot. Access is by application and manual approval. Features may change, and the Service may be unavailable at times. We may end the pilot or any account at any time.
2. Your account
Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Activation codes are single-use and may not be sold or shared.
3. Phone numbers
Numbers are assigned by us and remain our property. We may reassign or remove a number, for example if an account is closed or inactive. Numbers are not suitable for emergency calls; 911 and other emergency services are not supported.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam, bulk, marketing or unsolicited messages, or text anyone who hasn't agreed to hear from you;
- harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone;
- send phishing links, illegal content, or content about illegal goods or services;
- create or verify accounts on other platforms in breach of their rules;
- break any law, including telemarketing and consumer protection laws such as the US TCPA.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules without notice.
5. Text messages
Messages sent to outside phone numbers are standard SMS. Message frequency depends on your own use. Message and data rates may apply for recipients. People who receive texts from a number on the Service can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that messages will be delivered. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
