This policy explains how PIXIGHT (“we”) handles information in PIXIGHT Talk (the “Service”).
What we collect
- Application details: name, email, country, optional contact phone, and how you plan to use the Service.
- Account data: a securely hashed password, login times, and the numbers assigned to you.
- Messages: the content, time and phone numbers of messages you send and receive, so we can deliver and show them to you.
- Technical data: IP address and basic logs used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To review applications, run your account, deliver messages, prevent spam and abuse, and keep the Service secure.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Service: hosting, Pusher (real-time message delivery) and Telnyx (SMS delivery to phone networks). They process data only to provide those services.
Mobile information
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Retention
We keep account data and messages while your account is active, and delete them within a reasonable time after the account is closed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by contacting us through gopixight.com/contact.
Security
Passwords are hashed, all traffic uses HTTPS, and access to data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
